- knee pads (optional but very helpful if you have sensitive knees!)
- Attire: wear leggings, or you can wear legwarmers, or thigh-high socks (just to help you slide on the floor). Dress-up with hair and make-up! This workshop is meant to be fun and we'll have a professional videographer there to take your photo or do a short clip (optional)!
